Qualified Welding:

We have a decade of experience with Qualified Welding components. We have been fabricated only components where a high standard has been applicable.

Because if this expierence we know exactly what need to be arranged as per qualifications, inspections, NDO and material certifications. Our experience is not only limited to the rules of ASME & PED & NOBO rules of Lloyd’s/BV/DNV-GL/ABS/Tüv.

Pressure vessels: 

The Master Welding Company has extensive experience in making decompression vessels diameters varies between 500mm up to 2200mm. The NDO varies between 10% or 100% Depending on the type of certification.

In total we have welded more than 150+ vessels under the ASME/PED certification and under class for several class societies (NOBO). 

Offshore Constructions/Containers:

In the past decade we have built 150+ Steel Offshore constructions under class or under the EC Machine Guidelines. We know the critical details which are important for not only the welding certifications, but we think a step further for the coating and for the final assembly.

Additional to the construction we have done 100+ Modifications to Offshore- and CSC containers, which are recertified by several class societies.

Stainless steel certified constructions:

The Master Welding Company specializes itself not only in certified steel constructions. Stainless Steel and in particular the type 316 is a material which we have a lot of knowledge with and certifications of course.

For the Stainless Steel Constructions, we have a second separate workshop specially to handle Stainless Steel components to not come in contact with steel. In this workshop we have also an overhead crane, to handle all kind of Stainless Steel constructions.
